Springleaf Prata is back with a novel prata in its menu: the “Praclette”, which is a portmanteau of prata and raclette, a type of oozy Swiss cheese.

The Praclette is the popular prata place’s latest addition to its Ultimate Series, a collection of unique prata creations that can only be found at Springleaf Prata. Similarly, the Praclette seems to be a one-of-a-kind dish we’ve never seen before.

Prata Alfredo (S$9.90)
Before cooking pasta with teh tarik was a thing, Springleaf has already come up with this dish that merged Indian and Italian cuisines. The ultimate creamy and cheesy prata comes with rosemary smoked chicken, fresh button mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and creamy alfredo sauce, all stuffed into the prata.
Salted Egg Prawn Prata (S$10.90)
At the height of the salted egg craze, Springleaf cleverly releases this creation which is literally salted egg sauce, prawns, and prata combined into one.
Magic Meatless Murtabak (S$6.90)
Murtabak without meat? Yes, it exists! This 100% vegan creation is made up of lentils, capsicum, button mushrooms and dressed with curry leaves, sesame seeds, vegan mayo and Korean sauce.
