Perghchicks, a food stall selling ayam percik (Malaysian-style grilled chicken), has opened a second outlet in a shophouse unit on Bali Lane.
Its existing stall at Tang Tea House in Jurong West drew visitors for its flavoursome chicken dishes, but the location is not exactly that accessible for non-Westies.
New outlet
The new stall opened its doors on 13 April, and is located at 23 Bali Lane, in a shophouse unit near Bugis MRT that used to be a halal Thai restaurant.
Perghchicks was started by a family who used to sell ayam percik at the pasar malam, and the brand is properly established in a physical shop when second-gen owner Afiq Irwan had to adapt and make changes during the Covid-19 pandemic.
