New Jalan Besar cafe has gelato croissants & waffles, opens till 2am Wed-Sat

Sugar high.

A new cafe, Lola Faye Cafe, offering gelato, waffles, frappe, sandwiches and croissants has opened on Hamilton Road in the Jalan Besar district.

The Muslim-owned cafe sports a tropical and mid-century modern vibe, with darker furnishing, brown leather seats and foliage designs on its walls:

But if you’re just seeking a coffee break, there’s also hot and iced coffee (from S$4.90) available, including Toffee Nut Latte!

Whilst Lola Faye Cafe may seem to have a stronger focus on desserts, they do have a small selection of savoury items on the menu.
