Buffet Town is the latest brand under Minor Food Groups Singapore to get halal-certified. This comes shortly after Poulet — also a brand under the group — got its halal certification earlier this month.
Priding itself as “the ultimate buffet destination in town”, more diners can now experience the joy of eating their food without boundaries.
Vast international buffet spread
At Buffet Town, diners have the pleasure of tucking into an impressive array of international cuisine such with Japanese, Asian and Western dishes as well as Seafood, Pizza and Dessert.
As with most buffet establishments, the food at Buffet Town will also be served à la carte style.
Here are some items that are supposedly on the buffet menu:
Seafood on Ice: Crayfish, tiger prawns, black mussels and sea conch.
Teppan & Robatayaki: grilled salmon fish head, shishamo, miso chicken wings and assorted teppanyaki; all skilfully prepared on the spot.
Local Delights: Sweet savoury spicy chilli crabs are one of Singapore’s authentic must try dishes here.
Western: Hearty salad bar, assorted pizzas and daily carvery.

Buffet Town is centrally located in Raffles City, at basement unit #B1-44E.
It’s hard not to miss Buffet Town; the 300-pax capacity restaurant is one of the larger F&B units in the basement of Raffles City.
