In an Instagram post today (September 17), Ashes Burnnit revealed the location of its latest outlet, as part of a broader expansion plan in eastern Singapore.
Located in Springleaf Eating House in Bedok, the third Ashes Burnnit store is scheduled to open on Friday (September 18).
The other two outlets are in Golden Mile Food Centre and Alexandra Village Food Centre.
The burger hawker brand is known for its restaurant-quality burgers at wallet-friendly prices.
Owner Syafiq is no stranger to being running a hawker stall, though. He used to be one of the founders of another popular burger brand, Burgs by Project Warung, which first store in Golden Mile Food Centre happened to be where Ashes Burnnit is right now.
As Ashes Burnnit, handcrafted burgers are the mainstays of the young hawker brand.
Popular burgers include the Ashes Smash Cheese Burger ($5.90), Pulled Brisket Burger ($6.90) and Truffle Mushroom Burger ($8.00).
Customers also get to choose between a white potato bun or black charcoal bun for their burgers.
Aside from burgers, the stall also serves a nice selection of Mac & Cheese (from $5), salads (from $6) and perhaps the most surprising of all, froissants ($4) which are essentially ice-cream-filled croissants in three crowd-pleasing flavours.
Ashes Burnnit Bedok will begin operations tomorrow from 11:30am to 8:30pm (last order).
